Application Form For International Students to HCEB 2021

TIPS温馨提示：

  1. Please read the filling requirements carefully before filling in the form.在填表前请认真、仔细阅读填表要求。

  2. Tourist visa can not be transferred into study visa. Please apply for JW202 forms approved by the Chinese government in formal ways to study in our college with a study visa..现在不能直接由旅游签证转学习签证，所以请通过正规途径申请被中国政府认可的JW202表格，办理学习签证进入我院学习。

  3. If you are studying in other college or university in China, and haven’t finished study, firstly you need to get a formal document approved by your original college, then submit the approved document and your valid visa to the staff in our college. Our staff will cancel your original visa and apply for a new one for you according to the government requirements.如果您现在在中国别的学校学习，并且学习时间没有结束：首先，您需要获得您现就读学校同意您转校的书面正式文件，然后您带着转学文件和您没有结束的签证到我们学校，我们有专门的工作人员会按照政府的要求，帮助您取消您在原来学校的签证，然后按照要求为您办理新的签证。

  4. After receiving the complete application materials and registration fee, we will start to process JW 202 for you.收到完整的申请材料和报名费后，我们才会正式开始为您办理JW202表格.

  5. Generally, a complete JW202 form approved by the Chinese government takes about 20-30 days to complete.一般一个完整的、被中国官方认可的JW202表格，需要20-30天左右才能制作完成。

1) materials examination and preparation :3-7days审核材料、制作省政府需要的文件：3-7天
2) materials examination by Provincial Education Bureau: 7-15 days 教育厅审核：7-15天
（每周三才收材料）(only Wednesday is available)
3) materials examination by Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan : 7-15 days  侨务办审核：7-15天
4)mailing:5-10 days  邮寄：5-10天 (UPS, EMS,DHL)











录取条件及所需提供材料：
Conditions of admission and materials required
1. 语言生：
◆ 15-30岁；
◆ 对汉语有兴趣的、身体健康的、无不良嗜好的人。

2. 学历生：
◆ HSK 3
◆ 高中毕业生（11年级）；
◆ 15-30岁；
◆ 对汉语有兴趣的、身体健康的、无不良嗜好的人。

  1. Diploma Students:

  • HSK 3

  • Senior high school(Level 11)

  • 15-30 year-old

  • Intersted in learning Chinese, healthy and without any bad habits.

 

  1. Please pack all the documents needed to the attachment of the mai and send. 请将文件准备好后，打包放到邮件附件发送.

Self-finance students need to prepare the materials as follows: 自费语言生需要提供以下材料：

  1. Application form completed填写好的入学申请表

  2. Sacnned copy of passport page护照首页扫描件

  3. Registration fee 报名费

  4. If you have studied in China, please attach your visa page scanned.如果您已经在中国读书，请再附上您在中国的签证页扫描件。






 

  1. Language students, diploma students and self-financed students with scholarship need to prepare materials as follows: (Please pack all the documents needed to the attachment of the mai and send.)

奖学金语言生、奖学金学历生和自费学历生 需要提供以下材料：（请将文件准备好后，打包放到邮件附件发送.） 

  1. Application form completed填写好的入学申请表

  2. Sacnned copy of passport page护照首页扫描件

  3. Registration fee  报名费

  4. Police clearance certificate (It needs to be notarized, and the language of translation is: English or Chinese)

无犯罪证明（需公证，翻译语言为：英语或中文）

  1. Physical examination certificate体检报告

  2. 2 reference letters 推荐信2封

  3. Study plan(manually written in English or Chinese) 学习计划（手写：英语或中文）

  4. HSK  Certificate HSK等级证书 

  5. Certificate of senior high school and report in duplicate（they need to be notarized, and the language of translation is: English or Chinese) 最高学历和成绩单公证件一式两份 (需公证，翻译语言为：英语或中文）

  6. Other materials to prove your good performance其他能证明您优秀的辅助材料。

  7. Please take all the original materials to school for inspection and keeping.请开学携带所有材料原件到校，以备查验和存档。

  8. If you have studied in China, please attach your visa page scanne. 如果您已经在中国读书，请再附上您在中国的签证页扫描件。

RMB 1500 yuan per bed per semester (Twin-bed Room) and 3000 yuan for Single Room per semester (beds, internet, heater, air-conditioner, bathroom, cabinet, desk, chairs.  Public washing machine ) The above fee does not include water and electricity.
(2) 四人间每人每学期725元/床，2人间1450元/床。（房里有床，书桌，独立浴室，卫生间）以上收费不含水电费。RMB 725 yuan/bed per semester (four-bed Room) and RMB 1450 yuan/bed per semester(Twin-bed room) (beds, internet, bathroom, cabinet, desk, chairs) The above fee does not include water and electricity.
备注(Remarks)：
1. 申请人需先提交住宿申请，学校将根据房源情况确定申请者的住宿。
   Applicant should submit accommodation application first and HCEB will confirm the students' accommodation according to the rooms available.
2. 寒暑假期间，所有学生都不住在学校，自行解决住宿问题。
